Hi, I’m just building a 36hp vintage speed engine with ww okrasa crank and cam.. also the ww top end kit too.. is it possible to use straight cut gears with it?
If so which ones will fit etc..

1399 cb performance straight cut gears will work .....
1400 cb performance will also work but some modifications have to be done ether you have to mill/ leath the smaller gear since it has a built in " racer spacer " the 36hp spacer is much wider so it won't work if you don't modify it ...this gear is much better with more advancements but I don't think you need or gonna advance your cam .. these gears are much louder ...
Any other brand straight cut gear will work just as long as it doest have a built in race spacer but I think only 1400 cb performance gear is the only one with it ....
