I have done a lot of research about different models of Westys and mine just doesn't quite fit any specific description. There are certain features on each part of the van that set it apart from any other model. The kitchen is formatted differently, the outside plug-ins are different, and the pop top works differently than the traditional model. There is also a whole extra cupboard type thing in here, I have no idea where it's supposed to go. Anybody know which model this is, from these photos?
Thank you!

Looks like an ASI interior and maybe when the ASI plastic top cracked, they retrofitted a Westfalia top.

...And here's a brochure:

And welcome to the Samba! |

| Yeah, that's an ASI interior. I believe the extra cabinet goes behind the passenger seat. My ASI does not have that cabinet and instead had an additional jumpseat that I removed. I added the swivel seat base to the front passenger seat. The top is from a westy. |

might want to edit your phone number out of that one image...
ok I'm assuming it's YOUR phone number... but...
and yes that's an ASI
was imported as a BASE MODEL (hence the glove cubby and not box up front)
and converted to a camper by Automotive Services Inc up in Washington state.
the westy top is cause the vacuum formed plastic tops fitted to ASIs didn't hold up well to age/ozone and such.. mine is on it's way to replacementville soon. |

Like others have said, not a Westy at all! Its an ASI Riviera.
That looks like the early interior from 1980 to 1982 or 83 or so.
You also have the fairly rare propane heater option! |
