I have a question about my Karmann ghia 14
I am placing a 63 car on a chassis from +67
As we lower the car to the chassis the car gets “stuck” And can’t get any lower.
Do we need to move that piece (from the picture) higher or is There something else that we are forgetting?

Yes, those brackets under in the rear wheel wells need to be relocated
have a look at Halbugs thread as he did it recently

I was curious to see the solution but the link says the topic doesn't exsist :?
Looks like the bracket relocation would be fairly easy for those with skills. |
