| I purchased an aftermarket reservoir for my 74 vert. Is there an easy way to wire this through the control on the steering column or is everyone using the button sent with the unit. Would like to hear how people are wiring theirs in. Thanks |

| There's a contact built in to almost all later wiper switches (the integrated column mounted ones), it's a switched ground so you'll have to wire the pump with full time key power and run the ground from the wire described in this thread: https://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=318505&highlight=delay+wiper+switch , it's for a bus, but the wire colors and terminal numbers are the same. |
