I have searched a few vendors and haven't found the OE style lens screws. I have NOS Hella lenses. They don't come with the screws and the holes are virgin. The OE screws are not threaded the entire length. The OE screw is intended to be threaded into the virgin hole through a short section of the hole. That section then captures the screw since the top portion of the screw does not have any threads which allows the screw to turn freely within the hole.
I bought screws from Airhead but they are threaded the entire length. It works but it's wrong. They didn't understand that when I called them.
Does anyone know of a vendor that sells the correct screws? I have searched the classifides looking for cracked lenses that I could get the screws from but no luck.

| I guess looking for a Ghia front turn lens screw was my mistake. Using the part # that you posted I found the screw at Kaddie Shack. They list it as a Type 1 tail light screw. It is correct at 17mm in length so I ordered some. |
