Hi,
Been working on getting my aolithium to fit drivers side . I printed a new lid, two part as my printer can’t do it in one . There’s a bridging party under to glue together, I’ll probably machine one part version from poly e.
The gland nut things you see, first go round I made them too tall. Bench pics show shorter. I’m tempted to drill side of case and lead cables out that way .
But, it fits under the lid .
Excuse the wiring mess, that’s all being tugged and moved from my previous aux battery set up

Impressive job! I would like to do something similar if I can.
I wonder if you could drill the holes for the cables at a 45 degree angle so the cables wouldn't need as sharp of a bend on the outside.
Any photos of the cable connections you made inside?

I’ll get pics of interior wiring posted as I can .
I think instead of 45 from top, side holes in the main case about 1/2-3/4 inch below the top woudl do it .
I replaced the stocks battery bus bars ( laminated copper sheet bound with heat shrink ) with 6 awg. To lead out of box. It’s trivial mod .
I printed the top from petg. I’m not happy with it really, I’d like one piece . I’ll probably machine that . But as is , it works . |

Just installed today. Yes it fits! Note to GW: Can you make the terminal posts just slightly shorter? Otherwise, great!

Looking good. Wish this option was available when I bought my Battleborn. |

I like the little caps on the terminals. |

Did not come with the battery. Those are from my old Renogy 50ah. |

It is weird that the holes for the plastic positive terminal cover that comes on group 41 batteries are missing. Battery shorts are bad.

Saying this fits under the seat is a bit of a stretch but I’m happy with the compromise.
The battery is an Eco-Worthy 100ah LifePo4 from Amazon. By notching the driver's swivel it fits. Removing the swivel and losing that inch or so of height would mean the seat would not clear it. I put some molding on the cut edges to prevent any chafing of the battery case.
