Hi everyone
Can you give me advice on how to remove the knobs from the handles?
I saw that there is a pin that I could remove with the drill but then I wouldn't know how to put the new knobs on. Are there specific pins?

Unfortunately, those were not designed to be removed. You can see it in your photo, the "backside" is (in your case) in effect, a rusty, peened rivet. You can drill it out, but then there won't be any metal left over to re-attach it later.
I'm thinking you might be confusing removing the entire handle by pressing a pin out. That is true. But the knob on the end of the handle is entirely different. |

| You can try to clamp the casting in soft jaws in your vise. Then pick a small diameter flat punch that will fit down in the steel pin and drive it out with your hammer. |
