I've measured the bolt as 19mm but unsure as to the rest. I'm missing the one fastener (nut) but not the bolt :)
Does anyone know what magic these are or a suitable replacement? |

They're called T-Nuts. Readily available but not sure how easy it is to find them in 19mm. |

Those T-nuts are sold in the hardware section at Home Depot, but not in metric, so you'll have to buy both the nut and bolt and shorten the bolt to suit. |

I think he meant the bolts are 19mm long not the bolt diameter.
IIRC 1/4" fits is readily available at True value/Ace (even Home depot Lowes)if you don't mind SAE. don't stress about the length. The T nuts have a long grip range and if the bolt it too long you can cut/grind |

FWIW - True value/Ace by me has them in metric. |
