The Ford,Peugeot,vw,etc, commercial vans,, all shared the same design for the last 25 years or so,I have notice. It would be nice if they were available here in the states.

For a company whose ads lately proclaim to capture "soul", that is sure a soul-less design.

I want to see the Crew Cab version

Made in Turkey... I wonder how stable that is for production, I know they've had some issues in recent years.

I'm okay with it, beats the ID buzz wanna-be microbus thingy or whatever they're calling it. The carved in waistline looks good.

The smaller Transit Connect is/was made in Turkey.

Ford got stung for trying to circumvent light commercial vehicle import taxes when they sold them in the US.

They were fitting cheap rear seats and rear windows to make them passenger vehicles at the plant in Turkey. Those were removed after import to convert them back to cargo vans.

VW are really upselling the last of the T6s at the moment. They've been running 'last order' type ads on Facebook for weeks. It's almost as if they're expecting some buyers to move away from VW rather than buy the Ford/VW T7s, so are encouraging them to by the last of the 'true VW' T6s.

' do vw even know what people want anymore?' and the ceo is painting a bleak picture of the future for vw

I noticed on farcebook that the response was a demand for more basic cars with no screens or fancy tech, manual gears and a proper handbrake with an efficient petrol/diesel motor.

I do believe producers have been telling consumers what they like/want/need to buy for a very, very long time. How many consumers actually use all the techno crap-a-doodle that is crammed into new cars today?? They'd certainly be more affordable without all these gimmicks. I do think the enhanced new safety features are welcomed by most and are worth having ... but a bloated infotainment system? No thanks!

Slap a funky color on an unoriginal design and call it unique!

I like it better than the ID Buzz.
