Manual is at work. Trying to track down a vac leak and found this line connected to nothing. Any real time help out there?

Plug on back of alternator is an old, unused diagnostic plug.
I believe vac line plugs into tb. |

| Um, entire AFM/throttle body/filter box is missing. So, I'm going to go with, ......uh.......oh drat it's on the tip of my tongue.......uh....oh - it goes to the AFM/throttle body/filter box?!!! |
