My newest car is 35 years young. It can only sync if it were to be put in deep water. My Bug however I dont think it will sync, i have been told it can float.

I have a couple of cars that sync my phone for handsfree.
Very convenient.
My life is an extremely boring one so I'm not concerned about being on anyone's radar that cares to surveil me. |

I take some comfort in that not only am I boring, the data they try to correlate me to is so contradictory that I am sure I am purged from their databases as either errors or outliers. I just don't fit into their predetermined boxes. |

yea, nothing "new" here
OnStar had an issue with this a while back where they were selling your data to insurance companies
depending on the car, it's possible to defeat it- at the loss of some functionality
but...
people that complain about this will take their old car for a drive...with their cellphone in their pocket
same difference, really |
