I bought an Ambulance Step spring set from Andreas back in November. I paid via PayPal "friends & family" I know I shouldn't have. I was burnt once before from a seller on here from Brazil. But, He's been a member since 2008.So why not. He lives in Greece. So I really shouldn't have I guess.

I paid - he shipped. About 3 weeks later, 12/13/2024, I went to the post office to pick the "package" up The postal clerk went and retrieved it. A regular, empty, ripped, paper envelope. She suggested I refuse it and try to work something out with person that sent it. So I did.
I emailed Andreas and asked him why he would ship steel springs in a flimsy envelope. I told him I refused the envelope and I would like a refund.
His response on 12/14/2024:
"Hello Kevin
So sorry to hear this.
I did see that the package has been refused through the tracking system.
I may refund the total amount once I have that envelope returned at the original address.
Or I may send You another pair of springs

That's it, The only email I've received from him since. I've emailed him several times with not one response.
So, just maybe be careful when ordering anything from him. You may end up just sending him money for an empty envelope that you're going to refuse delivery for. |
