Yes, no lawyers, case is heard before a judge or commissioner, and up to $12.5K in most cases. |

There’s two parts of a judgement
1 winning it, usually easy in SC if you have documents (can you prove you gave me 9k, can he prove he did work per order)
2 collecting on the judgement.
When any business falls victim to the DDDs , collecting is near impossible
Move on. |
