I’ve been having an occasional check engine light with blink code 2322 [intake air charge temperature)It seems to generally come on 30 to 60 seconds after start up but not every time I drive the van. Maybe one out of three drives in the van I get the CEL and it always tests(blank) as 2322. I replaced the air charge temperature sensor in the intake boot a few days ago and no change. Still getting the 2322 link code on occasion. The van starts instantly and drives normally.. |

I would start inspecting the wiring harness and all of its connections, especially the grounds. Then I'd check that the ECU connector doesn't have any corrosion in it, and lastly, I'd open up the ECU, and check for the presence of cracked solder joints on the connector.
You might be able to use VCDS to monitor the charge temp channel while you tug on the wiring harness, looking for anything that can get it to go out of range. |
