The first field of the first line is Make of Vehicle. 2nd field is Year Manufactured.
What is listed in the first field on the second line of the title?
The 2nd field on 2nd line looks like Body Style.

Same here.
I tried to do both a general Google image search and an eBay search for a 1960s Illinois title too but couldn't find anything that looked the same.
Try that? Maybe you could find one if you spend more time than I did. |

I considered Horse Power, until the title I saw on Worthpoint for a Ford appeared to say "3". A title for a VW looked like it said /4. Maybe it was 24, or 19 ?
I called IL Secr of State offices earlier today, but all they could say was they started car titles in 1959, and contact a different office.
