I've been doing some research on this topic. I believe that Stoddards has the highest quality reproduction wheel cylinders for $300 US for a set of 6 that are supposedly made in the USA.
Sierra Madre sells a Dansk 6 Cylinder Set for $250US; however, I have heard that they are made in China.
Concept1 in Edmonton is selling a set made by GDP for $260US ($366 CAD) that I also understand are also made in China. They also sell the Dansk set for $240US ($338 CAD).
