There is bondo on dash, what makes it not that sure, but the old ashtray in dash would make it till 7´65, having a king and link pin front end.
Original engine should be 1200 ccm, 34 / 40 hp
The steering wheel, if original, makes it after 7´63.
It´s not a lowlight before 8´59.
So probably model 64 or 65, as far to be seen.
You have no VIN or title? |

Going by the ice pick style door handles inside I am going with 60-63. |

'60 would still have the knob for manual choke above the ignition switch. I also don't see the two pull-up handles for heat next to the rear of the handbrake which started for '65, so this car would be up to '64. Door handle style is a good clue; I'd therefore say '61 to '63 but with a '64/'65 black-painted steering wheel. That horn bar is only '64 & '65 but those steering wheels were usually painted either ivory or a very light mint depending on the interior upholstery color. |

Not sure if it matters, but the turn signal stalk is on the wrong side. :? |

It's just pointing that direction to match the shift lever |
