Anyone know how to remove the shifter contact on an automatic?
I need to replace the switch but I’m not sure about how you remove the contact from the shifter shaft. Mine ripped apart from the switch coming apart |

The part on the fixed part of the shifter is pretty straightforward to remove (the white part) so you must be referring to the part that's attached to the shift lever?
The whole lever has to be disassembled to remove this part (the black part). |
