| What is a good glue to use to repair the plastic parts on the plenum. I'm going to stop drill the existing cracks and reinforce with some plastic patches. |

Are you talking about the A/C?
If so, then IMO probably the best thing to use would be a slurry made of white ABS and acetone. |

| I have repaired those with fiberglass on the back. Scuff the plastic real well to get a mechanical bond and use fiberglass with epoxy. |

FWIW, have you heard of the benefits of removing the plenum? I experienced a notable improvement in A/C airflow after removing the plenum.

Disregard if not relevant. |

Are you repairing cracks or pieces are missing? If pieces are missing, fiberglass/glass mat and epoxy are good. If you are just repairing cracks, plastic welding is quick and easy.

Yes it is, but I do not trust the strength of the brittle plastic remaining near the repair. For me I'd rather have a better structural repair across a larger area on the backside of the plastic.... |

This is what I use for damaged plastics.

I've used this product on other plastic components and even to execute repairs on a cracked rotomolded kayak. Should work on strengthening interior plastic components.
