Hi everyone, I have a P0134 Oxygen Sensor code. My check engine light isn’t on yet, but I’d like to replace the upstream sensor. I couldn’t find any topics, articles, or videos online. Could you please help me? Thank you very much!

You're gonna need to provide a little more info to get some help with your O2 sensor issue.

What year, model and engine are you running?

I'm not sure what info you're asking for. Below is a link to a website that has helped me with issues for my 03 EV.
I have pasted the page regarding the O2 sensors for your viewing pleasurer. Lol.

The diagram helps a lot, thank you very much!
I was looking for a step-by-step tutorial on how to replace the B1S1 and I’d like to see where it is located and what’s the best way to reach it.
From the diagram, the upstream sensor is #9 and the downstream sensor is #14, correct?
What’s the best way to reach B1S1? Also, is #5 the “Heat Shield” just a cover that needs to come off?

I replaced both Oxygen sensors on my 2000 Eurovan Camper this year, it was quite easy.

The key is having the right tools and parts:

* an offset oxygen sensor wrench such as this one Link

* Be sure to buy the good Bosch oxygen sensors, which will come with the correct electrical plugs - some vendors sell cheaper ones that you would have to splice in yourself.

Thanks for sending me the tool! I do have a sensor socket, but I’m not sure if it will fit, so I’ll definitely get the one you recommended. I think it might be a good idea to replace both sensors while I’m at it.

Can you please tell where the B1S1 sensor (which I believe is the upstream one) is located?

I’m also considering buying these two Bosch sensors :?:

Those look correct to me.

If you want to support a small independent business, you could buy from Europarts SD

Both oxygen sensors are accessed from the same location and easy to see: put the van on ramps or jack up the right side, crawl underneath, and you can’t miss ‘em. :D

Went under the van to check where the O2 sensors are.. I think I found them. Looks pretty straightforward. Posted some pics just to double-check that I’m looking at the right spots. Please let me know and Thank You! :-)

Yep, those are the two O2 sensors you are wanting to change.

The replacements come with an anti seize coating on the threads.
Don't wipe that off, you'll be sad later if you need to remove them in the future.

It’s a real good time to check the front exhaust mount on that down pipe. If it gets lost or broken, the pipe sags onto the power steering lines and wears through them, creating a big Magilla of a job.

Amazing, thank you guys!!
