TRUE LIFE ADVENTURE ZSIDO MY IDOL STORIES - REFERENCE MATERIALS & YOUTUBE.COM VIDEOS
Aloha Everybody, coming to you from Beautiful Hawaii Nei in Marvelous, Honolulu, Hawaii.
In Last Month's Story, I Talked About Finding a Unique Oval Window Fuel Tank Dipstick from Jay's Family Friend Estate Sale.
This Month I Will Talk About Using Reference Materials and Youtube.com Videos Thus Brings Us to This Month's Story, "REFERENCE MATERIALS & YOUTUBE.COM VIDEOS".
If you Read in my Last Month's Story, "Oval Window Fuel Tank Dipstick", I Bought an Oval Window Fuel Tank Dipstick from Jay, as well as, an Old Timing Light, 2 VW Club of America Books, a Bunch of VW Bus Camper Paperwork, Multiple Foreign Car Guide Magazines, and an Original VDO Catalog.
Books, Magazines, Catalogs, Original Repair Manuals, Original Parts Manuals, and any type of Paperwork that Pertains to the Cars that I Work On are Valuable to Me.
When I was in my High School Automotive Class and my Leeward Community College Automotive Technology Program, I was Taught to Read the Dealer Repair Manual or Whatever Type of Manuals I Could Find and to Use the Sun Diagnostic Equipment and Oscilloscopes, as well as, the Sears Analyzers that was also Available at that time.
I Remember That I Went to the Junkyards With my Tools and My Trusty Reference Material That was Usually the Repair Manual. I Would Just Take Apart the Car by Looking at What Bolts, Washers, Nuts, or Screws That Needed to Be Taken Out. When I Got Stuck, There was My Trusty Reference Material With Me.
Prior to When the Internet was Created, I Always Use Repair Manuals of the Cars that I Worked on.
When the Internet was Created with Youtube.com, I Noticed that a lot of People was Making Videos on How to Fix Cars.
A lot of People Now are Using These Videos on How to Fix Cars and Whether They are Good Videos or Bad Videos, Hopefully, You Can Understand What You are Watching.
For Me, I had to Teach Myself on How to Use a Scanner by Reading the Scanner Instruction Manual and Watching Youtube.com Videos.
Reference Materials and Youtube.com Videos, Is That the Trend Now? Maybe, if You Have the Time to Read the Reference Materials and Watch the Youtube.com Videos.
Until My Next "True Life Adventure Zsido My Idol Stories", I Say to You, "OKAY THEN, LATERS". |
