Hi all, Ive been restoring my vw t25/vanagon over here in the UK and ive lowered it with the h&r green springs with bilstein b8 shocks. I'd like some wheel ideas as it seems not many lower these vans like the splittys or baywindows. Let's see your vans today as they are and what you've done to lower them. pfa

I think that there are a couple Slammed/Lowered Vanagon threads on the Vanagon Forum.
Maybe best to move this thread there or do a search on the Vanagon Forum and add your post there.
I did a quick search and a couple pages came up including this one: https://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=367041&highlight=slammed+vanagons
Or maybe one of the administers/moderators can move this there as you'll get more engagement in the Vanagon Forum. |

I have the same (Bilstein B8) shocks/(H&R Green) springs as you on a DOKA. Since it’s lighter, it sists a little higher than a bus. I’m running Porsche knock-off wheels (Cup I).

Not mine, this one belongs/belonged to local guy El Sabroso but I have not seen or heard from him in a while. Think he used H&R springs.

I think thats because Vanagons are WAY harder to get really low than a Split/Bay. It truly takes a lot of work.
Here's a photo of mine from a 3000mi roadtrip I just got back from.
