Stock 67. Does anyone know what the clip is for that I circled?

| On cars that didn't use a remote regulator, it secures the + cable that runs from the generator-mounted regulator, or alternator, back behind the shroud and down to the solenoid. Might be used to secure other wiring on different year cars too... |

| Back up lights wiring and fuse, I guess not as on 2nd look I see yours on top of this. |
