On my early type poptop, the tack strip for the tent canvas was screwed on when I took it apart. I’m now in the process of renewing everything, but just to be sure shouldn’t it be stapled instead of screwed? Like as in the gowesty video.

| It can be difficult to use staples replacing the canvas without a proper gun. Looks like you have a staple version that someone attached with screws. |

Yes i also think that. I have a proper staple gun which I used for my T2a canvas.
