I'm wondering if anyone has had any issues with Bug-Tech shifters? There was a problem with my order & they were initially responding on Messenger from their Facebook account, everything seemed like they were resolving the issue. I haven't heard from them since September 25th & they're not responding to messenger or the contact e-mail on their website.

Update....I tried to edit the post but it won't let me. This might be a little long. I ordereone of their display shifters back in September. The pics on their website showed a curved shaft. I had emailed them a few questions but didn't get an answer. I ordered the shifter, a cover, & a different shift ball anyway. It took a while & when the shifter arrived it had a straight shaft. I have short T-Rex arms & really need the curved so I reached out through messages on their Facebook page. They apologized for the mix-up & offered to get a curved shaft made & sent out at no charge. Back in November I reached out again to check the status. Appearantly it got lost somewhere between the UK & Texas. They had already determined this & had sent another shaft to their powdercoater. Well it arrived today. Quality is top notch. The pics look like an off-white but it's actually a bright white. They could have done a better job with communication, but overalll I'm happy.
