I just bought a used retractable seat-belt from howardvw. He spent some extra time sending me photos of different belts he had available, and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting.

Shipping was fast (arrived in mail a few days later).

I would certainly buy parts from him again.

Figure I should weigh in on Chris. I'm only a half hour away so I can drive right over. I got a great fender for my bug as well as some A pillars and a fender that may need some love, all for a great price. I'll be going back for a lot of my detail parts once I get to that point!

I have just received a rear engine tin for my vanagon from HowardVW. He was very helpful making sure i got the right part that i needed. It was well packed and shipping was very quick to the UK.

Just received the dash vent in an amazingly short amount of time. Communications was great through the email with extra pics of the vent to make sure it was correct.

I purchased a voltage regulator from HowardVW, and the transaction was smooth and easy. When I expressed some concern about the parts (due to their age, not to what they looked like), he offered to stand behind the quality if anything went wrong. That is a stand up seller with integrity! I would definitely purchase from him again.

My Girlfriend and I recently bought a 1988 Westy. We could not have had a better experience! He was very helpful and knowledgeable and continues to answer any questions we have as we go. He made a point to show us any work that needed to be done and how to go about it. We definitely recommend Chris and will be going to him to purchase parts in the future!

Like most people here they dont acknowledge reciept of payment. And say they will ship ASAP. This didnt ship the same day as the ad stated. The coils actually sag quite a bit, about 1/2" difference from side to side.
