Hi there!

Mr.Romano Schmidt(AKA Romano Sh.t)pops up at almost every show here in Europe-Budel,Maikäfertreffen..etc.I know he tried to rip off an American serviceman here but as soon as he found out the man was in the same country as him he immediatly delivered the goods!His company sponsored a lot of Käfercup cars and therefore has a lot of credit.But i hardly know anyone that speaks good about him nowadays.Appearently no one has been crossed here enough(or has the balls)to step up and take action.He is one arrogant caracter-that's for sure.

The people who really need to step-up "over there" are the show promoters that continue to allow him to sell. Europe in general seems to be "clueless" for some unknown reason. I assure you.................he would need to have good medical insurance if he ever showed up over here. :wink:

Nos-Germany is committing fraud, over and over again on eBay.

The item was first sold for $40.50 and the relisted a few hours later. And please, don't come and tell me he had two of these for sale at the same time. The pictures and the description are identical. This is fraud!!

I reported this to eBay. So let's hope they step up and do something about this shitstick.

Hope everyone here reports to eBay. Eventually when the pile of complaints against him is big enough, they will take action. I hope...

Dude e-gay wont do shit they have been told over and over about romano 53 oval and I have bashed romano over and over. This should tell you how they could careless about us honest buyers/sellers they just dont care!!!

It's interesting to note that a lot more of his negative feedback is now in German. Perhaps a relaxation of the "only stiff people who are overseas" ethic?

Well, we have some progress. With some help from the guys at www.airmighty.com I have spoken to Romano on the phone, and now have a tracking number for my parts. Let's just wait and see what actually arrives....

After tracking my parcel on the 'net- it arrives today. German parcel company as good as they always are, 3 days delivery time...just a shame I paid for the parts on 31st October and they were dispatched on 5th January! I think that if I hadn't involved the airmighty.com guys, I would never have received anything.

The lights I bought were listed on Ebay as "NOS", the label on them reads "09.08.10" so I could've just bought them from my parts place here in the UK and saved myself all the stress.

But, they were less expensive than here, so I guess thats one good thing.
