I need some ideas for windshield wipers because mine suck .We live in Baton Rouge la andit rains alot here. Need help :idea:

The original wipers cannot apply enough pressure to do a good job. I have used RainX for years and it seems to work. :wink:

Rob, your car is a 6 volt. The wipers will always suck.

I have the same problem-----With Rain X I don't even turn them on anymore.

I have the same problem-----With Rain X I don't even turn them on anymore.

Rain X works great, it is amazing more people do not use it.

I use Rain-X because my car didn't come with wiper arms. It works great in small showers, but if it's pouring, I can't see for shit.

the stock wipers just smear the water

Do you do two coats? A single coat specially on an old windshield is not enough. Also you may have to reaply every 2 to 3 weeks. Good luck.

Ahh..that may be the problem. I put one coat on, and the next day it rained. I'll put a second, even a third coat on later.
