The eval test is only 3 psi. Caps are tasted on the panel of the smog controls board.

I have also had two lead acid batteries installed in my van for the last 10 years. One behind the drivers seat.
This group 29 deep cycle battery fits in the driver's side battery box?

Also make sure you have all the spring clips. I had to cut one off during my destruction of brake line replacement. Ran all over town trying to find a replacement and couldn't find one.

I used this spray for the last couple of Type I windshields. Way better than soap.

There is no adjustment. They need to be replaced. Check our vendors for replacement parts. Yes I have just done this myself.

Maybe just the ET of your wheels? This would be the first place I would check. The try and get rid of your tire rubbing at full lock in full compression.
