I donít recall if the headliner was replaced in the ďHornbeckerĒ 52 , I assume not. But here is an image found showing the cards installed .

I just checked mine and it is roughly 43 degrees using that outer edge and roughly 45 if you use the centerline from frame tube up through the slotted hole.

a couple shots and some specs on a sheet. not super accurate but close enough to get the idea.

I use our(USA) 3/4" galvanized electrical conduit when I make them. Its slightly lar ...

I have an original tube from a 60 that I can get some specs from but it may take some time as I am in the midst of a shop move and will need to dig around for it. So if itís not urgent....

Iím not really sure when the change was done unfortunately. My guess would be all buses have rubber and the felt was ďpre busĒ , beetle etc. but I have nothing but instinct to back that up.

My eyes keep going to the pinstripes. They look pretty similar but who knows how uniform they may have been bus to bus.

Wow, This work is impressive . Really cool to see. Can you tell me where you got those spot weld arms ? Looks like those will work for welding on dog legs .
