You should try the Stainless Steel EMPI 4 into 1 exhaust as it's pretty quiet and you do have hp at the upper rpms (above 3500-5000 rpms).

It's waay loud to me after I put one on for a few months til I found the EMP stainless steel 4 into 1 which is quieter but not as quiet as a stock muffler

Well, this doesn't mean his wealth of VW knowledge is ruined too.

He just made a stupid mistake like I am sure all the rest of us have at times in our lives.
