Iím not thrilled with what valvoline did. Like I said, I always had a quart bottle around for topping up purposes with the part #vv831.
I bought three quarts of vv831 yesterday and put it in my trans ...

So I just used the valvoline 80w90. I had an old bottle that looks exactly the same except for the little label on the new one that said limited slip. The part numbers are the same, I believe vv831. D ...

A bicycle torque wrench usually comes in handy for the low torque setting.
Bottom one.

Thatís where I got some of those pics from. When you tighten the bolt, does it kind of go closer together slightly at the inside end?

These are not my clamps, but is it normal for the screw going into both points to be crooked like that when you snug it down? Maybe not as extreme as the lower picture.

The engine only has 2000 miles on it. Valves are adjusted. Where would you check for vacuum leaks on the car? Iím going to see him tomorrow.
