The pressure relief is there because the pump can produce well over 60 psi...typcially 70 psi+. If the backpressure on the pump gets too great either because of the volume coming out or a crimp or p ...

Same pattern but different offset. The wheels will rub. OK temporary fix but I wouldn't want to run it that way all the time.
