Apply, set. Wait then torque.

when you follow the directions no leaks and disassembly is hard. Almost impossible.

Use 2 seals. Check torque converter mating areas and make sure they are smooth and free of any burrs that may cut the new seal.

What cooling system are you going to run?
I have mine setup to smallcars specs and only run front heater core without the tee for rear heater core. Been doing this in 0-100 deg F temps without issue.

plug the lines. If you put them together the loop bypasses the front heater. If you think it will never be put back remove the T fittings from the main hoses (I had one snap in 10 deg F)

A year is no big deal. Best to have fresh oil and keep it dry.
