For the thermostat cable grommet there are 2 different sizes of rubber plugs used on drain holes. The larger of the 2 plugs is a perfect fit but needs to have a hole drilled through the center of it. ...

I do not believe those are correct for Late Bays. The pic is not from a Late Bay and neither of the ones I have owned have that seal. Honestly a seal there is kind of useless.

Personally I far prefer the OEM VW scissor jack that the Bus Depot sells. I find it to be much more stable than the jack that came with my Westy.

I am guessing that those plastic collars go inside the boot at the top to protect the rubber between the clip and the threads on the joint.

That looks like a tie rod boot not a ball joint boot.
