The SABO seals have the B part number. They don't fit stock Split Bus drums.

Early Baywindow drums have a 65mm diameter for the seal.

Interesting technical bulletin, never seen it before.

I found some NOS seals which fit just fine from BAP/Geon. The SABO seals are junk.

If the thrust surface is good then most likely it does not need an align bore. Some previous owner had my case align bored 20 oversized and the thrust was still standard. I could not find a bearing in ...

I can post a video tomorrow of a normal Type 4 case with standard thrust that was line bored by VW. The bearing does not move at all.

The 911 engines I built just had the tunnel bored out, the cases werent shaved. I dont think you can because of the way some of the things like the oil pump go into the case.

I notice the part numbers for the two gears is different. I'm talking about the steel crankshaft to camshaft gear. What is the physical difference?

The over riders look original.
