I would tow it. I use Uhaul and an auto transport trailer.
I've done it a bunch. Makes transport safe, easy and not stressful.

I'm back up and running with my old condenser in my backup/refurbed 205M.

If I was to switch to Pertronix, should I stick with my 205M or should I switch to my backup 009? I am single port btw.

An Arduino could be programmed to convert the signal from the coil into what the tach is expecting to see. They cost less than 5 bucks and run on 12 volts. You'll have to program it using C+.
