The Go Westy rear seat shoulder belt works great. Since it doesn't have a locking mechanism though, you'll need another piece that probably came with your child seat.

I bought a Hankook for my spare at the local Tire Pros. Look 'em up online. The price was about the same as your going to pay online, unless you're mounting the tires yourself.
