They have them, but only in Phillips and the head is too big to fit in the block recess. I will have to check out the local fastener supply compan ...

You might want to put the jack on a platform to spread out the force cause it's going to be pushing down on the floor as hard as it's pushing up on the roof.

dont need a new on really unless you want a different ratio, but you do need to flip the ring or you get 1+5 tranny....unless you like driving over your shoulder.
Or you could make the electric motor ...
