I've also never had to retorque anything as I use oil on the threads before torquing them down and have my own sequence.

Silverline are the only mains I know of that are still made steel backed. The others all seem to be made of aluminum (even the split center). Ask the seller before ordering.

30mm oil pumps create more extra flow than the plungers can dump, pressure is too high, and the oil cooler is always bypassed.

they have adapting kits for that! not seen often but heard awesome s ...

The only part of this I dont understand is the whole 94mm bore thing. Is this because when you deck the case with a 94mm you end up cutting into the case

Did you decide on the FK8 cam?
Sadly no. Dur to budget and keeping it relatively easy as a first build i ditched the fk-8 wit 1.4’s and am going to an W-125 with scat 1.25:1 rockers. Not that differ ...

Those pipes are too big for stock heater boxes, does CSP have a big heater box option? Pricey?

yes they sell them with heater boxes. difference is about €300. only I heard there are no aftermarket ...

I like the CSP but where are the J pipes.

don't know if I will order them with the j tubes as I kind of want to keep the heating or not but doesn't it make a hell of a sound?

without knowing for sure the flow rate (GPM) thru the fitting sizes, you cannot say anything about heating with any accuracy.

Look at the bore size for the oil galleys in the case.. how big are the ...

No point in having a set for mock-up since that is the reason you do mock-ups, to test the bearing fit....
