Looks like an SC1 (Scat) blank with the stroker clearance cast in.

Not really compatible with CB lifters. Should be using Scat lifters with the SC1 blank.

Lack of ZDDP is an issue too...

I have never found SVDA's to be what they are cracked up to be..

So no external oil filter then?

I would say you are running your oil level too low. Keep the dip-stick on the full mark.

ACL makes tri-metal 2" rod bearings. They are coated too. H hardness.
745H is the part number.

Pull the valve covers and makes sure the valves are opening/closing as they should as you rotate.
Sounds to me like you crashed something internal (bent valve or rod).

Is the crank pinned? if not, you could easily twist it out of index.

What you are asking would scare me. One bad tune and trash your crank with no hope of repair.

Some of those ring gaps are "upside down" .
2nd ring needs to be bigger than the top ring.
If not, it can cause ring flutter at high rpm.

My additions:

If you run forged pistons, you need to hone the cyls to .005-.006" clearance or you will scuff the skirts.
Also ring gaps have to be bigger, or you will swell the rings and ca ...

The purpose of the "pulling wires of the cap while running" test is to see if you have all 4 hitting at idle.

If #3 has no change in rpm when the wire is pulled, then you can assume that ...

Open the 009 up and bend the timing limit tab until you have around 17 degrees total advance (some trial and error may be needed)

Set the timing at 32 at 3K like you are supposed to.

I suggest trying bigger main jets.

115's are pretty small.

Try some 130's.
