I'm with you Steve about the 025-B pump being a good fuel pump. They were o.e. from '66-'70. I've used them many a time. I liked how you could get rebuild kits for them too. It's just their propensity ...

I've been in business working on VW's for over 35+ years. Those square top pumps, -025-B's are the cause of numerous fires. With their pressed in hose fittings coming out for whatever the reason makes ...
