Motorcycles are efficient, but that's a side benefit. My bike get between 40-50mpg. If I have a small errand to do it does save me money on fuel. To by one JUST for the fuel savings...thats just fooli ...

I don't think with the loads that will be used in a van that this is necessary. Most people just want to charge batteries, and run lights/fridge overnight without worry.
