Star, I asked him this morning if his heat risers were clear, and he said hed checked and they were. But youre talking about heat transfer from the Empi exhaust, right? Ill mention it to him.

Wait until motor is cold, start it and feel around heat riser joints and head exhaust mounts with your hand and you will feel the leak.

There are two adjusting points the one on top and the one in front (the great big nut).

I think I got it, Did you have the drums turned or did you replace with new? I'm putting my money on a out of round drum. Try backing up next time it locks and see if that releases it.

The choke is powered from the + on the coil the tube for accelerator cable should go through the front sheet metal (behind the fan shroud) so the cable doesn't fray. Brain fart on barrel nut mount.

Your throttle cable goes on the other side of that arm thats why its sticks if cable has too much slack you may need a shorter one or shorten it yourself.
