Mike Herbert at Rancho can convert your 091 or 094 into a locker as well (using the syncro diff like).

L jet beetle rails or T3 would work. Type 4/2/914 are WAY too wide of port spacing.

I would go with the BFG over the Rotiiva. I've had both in 215/70r16 size on my syncro. Yoko Geolander is another option.
