Thanks for the tips... I think I am gonna stick with the 1-2 minute pre warmup stretch before heading to work. I am not really too worried about the cold.

A two mile commute kinda begs for bicycling or walking. Both activities generate a lot of core heat and keep you warmer than driving.

I recently discovered that the ashtray makes a great iPhone holder. Just open the flap and set it in landscape mode. The cigarette rest holds the phone just right.
