This might help...its a Vanagon case but to my understanding its a similar location. You might have to double click the picture to get a really good zoom on it.

I have a 2.0 auto Bus and have no complaints. I'm running dual 40 HPMXs (IDFs).

What carb or carbs are on it now? If it currently has FI, I would try to keep that.

195's are closer to the stock tall and skinny 7.00x14 for the early bays.

185/r14 is stock for you - but I think the taller 195's fill in the

wheelwells better...but hard to justify the extra ...
