Mine sometimes starts to blink when I hit a bump.A tap on the the dash stops it so my problem is dash related, though I haven't looked into it yet.Everything else in the dash works fine.

Check or replace the temp ll sensor.Also look for a loose/bad ground in the engine bay.The strap that grounds to the drivers side wall.Just a few ideas to start.
