Either switch out to a billet water block or just pull the aluminum tubes out, tap the holes to 1/2" pipe and plug them

Fans set to come on @ 210* and back off @ 180*. I have a 1700 cfm fan on it. No cooling issues

We just cut the actual thermostat out of the center and put the washer part back in

Don't Smaller pulleys make more boost?
My buddy has a 2.0 LSJ and is running 29# of boost reliably. The motor is just awesome IMO.

I didnt build the RZR my buddy Jason did, I just did the ECM and Harness for it. Yes it has a built car box in it. 20" travel all the way around
