if you cleaned things up last year, that means your bolts were out. possible that you had a recent shift in the adjustment plate due to not tight fasteners?

hard to tell, but there is no curve-in on the "ears" of your bar, correct? I like how most roo-bars kinda conform to the front curve of the bus nose.

if you bought a bushing kit, possible that not every bushing in the kit is used. some kits are made for both early and late and have parts for both in them.

the pic of the drawing of the plug from the top of the part drawer shows the plug top flat. Your altered plug looks rounded. I would think the flat would allow better drainage, and look cleaner.
